We needed a twin mattress for our son. We bought one, and as soon as it fully expanded, we realized this was high quality! We ordered a second immediately for our daughter! The kids love them, and have had four guests sleep on them as well! Rave reviews all around! Firm yet soft enough for maximum comfort!”

I’m a stomach sleeper, so that often causes some discomfort with certain mattresses. But this one provides the perfect amount of support in all the right places. I’ve never slept better or more soundly until I bought this one. I couldn’t be happier. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone in the market for a new mattress.”

“I love this bed. I bought 3 different foams to get the effect this bed gives me so in the long run I save & I don’t always have to straighten foams to make them even.. I slept so well last night (1st night). It’s a little warm but bearable. It’s soft & firm. Body sinks where it needs to sink & as a side sleeper, I found it extremely comfortable. It was the right firmness for me as I have a hard time finding firm without being hard. For me, it’s the perfect bed. There is a bit of a chemical smell at 1st, but is disappearing fast as I take off the blankets to let it air out during the day. It expanded really fast too. I was able to sleep on it the 1st day I got it. I felt I got a bargain for the quality I got. 🙂”

I purchased a mattress and sheets for college dorm in Oct 2018 and when we wen to move my granddaughter out of the dorm 6 months later she found a whole in the fitted sheet. I called the customer care dept and they opened a warranty claim. I was told the sheets were still under warranty and even though we did not take a picture of the rip they will review. I was just told they will not honor the warranty and will not replace the sheet. I recommend you do not purchase the sheets they rip easily not worth the high cost they are not durable. I will never purchase a single thing from purple again they do not honor their warranties.  WASTE MONEY!”

In April of this year I purchased a purple mattress, mattress cover, sheets and platform bed frame from you. I spent well over $2,000. I love the mattress, but the sheets pilling badly. I’m very disappointed because the box the sheets came in specifically says the don’t pill. I tried picking some of the big ones off and was afraid of tearing the sheets. They’re really stuck on the sheet. My fitted sheet is the worst. Just tonight I checked the flat sheet and it has pills on it too! I am going to buy sheets this weekend and take yours off of my bed. I hate sleeping on sheets that pill. It feels like I’m sleeping in a messy teenagers bed. The pilling feels like dirt and food crumbs. Yuck!

We just received our split king mattresses. Overall, the mattress is comfortable and an improvement over our last bed that was in need of an upgrade. Here’s where it all falls apart… we ordered the power bases to accompany the mattresses. We received both of the power bases but only one set of legs and one remote. So, for about a week, we have been sleeping on different size beds. And when the delivery driver came, the power base was pretty much dropped off and he left. I would have loved the option to pay extra for assembly. This way, I would have known, immediately that we did not have all the pieces. I’m just disappointed because we have lost the excitement of the new bed because we haven’t been able to use both power bases together. I would recommend the mattresses but there is improvements that could be made on the delivery and assembly sides.”
