“We received our Nectar about 3 1/2 months ago. So far, it is amazing! It cradles and supports perfectly. I have a history of waking throughout the night with low back pain, hip pain and/or arm numbness. This is not happening on the Nectar. At first laying on it, it feels like it will be too firm, but it softens where you need it and maintains great support. There are mornings I wake in the same position as when I went to sleep. I’m always overjoyed when that happens! That never happened on our previous (memory foam topped) mattress. Also, the mattress breathes well. On our previous mattress, I would wake up sweaty throughout the night. I’m average height and overweight (5’7″ 200 lbs.) while my husband is tall and thin (6’0″ 165). “I ordered two of the same pillows, but wanted one that was “thinner” for stomach sleeping. I emailed immediately with the mistake and asked if I could edit the order…they said not to worry, they actually have different sized cores they could ship out separately and would send me the thinner one free of charge. I received the pillows and seat cushions I ordered…never got a core. I emailed them again asking what happened to that plan? They said that the person I talked to was “mistaken” and they couldn’t send it because it was too new of a product to send out…which I stated “what does it matter if it’s too new? You guys insisted on doing that instead of editing the order” and then they changed it to “oops, we are actually out of stock on that”. Needless to say, it was annoying that they didn’t follow through with fixing the issue! And no one seemed to care.”
